  1. Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. To request an order cancellation, please send an email to juniperkidzofficial@gmail.com with your order details and the subject line "Order Cancellation Request."

  3. Refund Eligibility: Refunds can only be claimed within one month from the date of purchase. After one month, we regret that we cannot process any refunds.

  4. Conditions for Exchange: Please note that any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be eligible for exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the tags and labels must be intact, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  5. Seasonal Stock Exchange: For seasonal items, such as summer and winter collections, we can only exchange items within the same season. Summer items can be exchanged only with other summer items, and winter items can be exchanged only with other winter items.

  6. Inter-Brand Exchange: Inter-brand exchanges are not allowed. We can only process exchanges within the Juniper Kidz brand.
